I flew a QR A350 from JFK-DOH last month and found it much less comfortable than the B787 for reasons I can't specify. My biggest complaint was the IFE which was far from intuitive and sometimes impossible or frustrating to manipulate. Perhaps it was just because I find myself more comfortable in a seat/pod on the right side of the cabin instead of the left...and this trip I was on the A side, on the B787 I was on the J side. (That said, still better than the B777 and A330 when chances are the 2nd seat will be filled.)

It will be interesting next month to see what QR is going to offer as its new leap forward J seat and soft product.
