I tried booking of my flight via EVA AIRWAYS's web site, however I couldn't make reservation no matter how many times I tried.

I contacted BR, but they said to me, "Try again later." even I explained to them that I tried booking many times. And the trouble is that they don't want to admit their mistakes without checking anything.

Also, they don't admit me to buy the ticket at the downtown office even if I explained to them that I would fly the next week.

I am bored with their poor skill not to resolve the problem I was faced with, I finally booked with UA. Was there anybody that could book the flight via their web site??
