So this was it. I noticed quite a few people with "XXX" baggage tags on their carry-ons yesterday at ZRH. Not only did it look silly (I thought XXX was the airport code for Phuket or Pattaya or so... ) but it must also take a lot of time to print and attach these tags to every carry-on. What happened to the old "Swiss cabin luggage" tags?

When I checked in in TXL two weeks ago, the agent refused to let me take my rollabord into the cabin of the Avro because it was too heavy. I asked for "delivery at aircraft" service but they said they're not offering this facility.
