Check the status of your flight ex-LAS. I'm betting there's an issue and the agent who handled it, rebooked you accidently out of LAX.

Other thing would be if DTW AMS has issues. They rebooked you out of LAX and didn't realize because of the one letter difference you had no LAS-LAX flight.
