We're sorry to hear that you encountered an issue while trying to display a seat map while trying to make your reservation. Was it that the seat map didn't display during the booking process, while trying to choose a seat, or were you just looking for a general layout of the A330-300? There are still updates being done to the page, but it does provide a seat map towards the bottom, which can be zoomed for easier review of the layout.
