I've done a lot of research but am still at a loss- I'm looking to purchase a comfort plus upgrade on the award tickets I got for domestic Delta flights through Korean Air. Did I just totally screw up? I thought I could purchase the upgrade with cash but it's not an option on the website. I'm booked Main (N). I'm hoping the option will show up after ticketing is completed in a few days?
Finally got a straight answer out of calling Delta. Award seats booked by Korean Air in economy are booked into a non-upgradeable category and Delta cannot rebook it. (I'm not a Medallion member.)
