On my last flight to/from the islands, they played the Hawaiian video but it had no audio (or the audio was turned down.) Prior to that, no video in the mainland but they did have audio + video on the HNL departure. So I guess it's hit/miss.

Same is true for ammenity kits on those routes which are very rare.

Menus have been downgraded to a single sheet... no more blue folded menus like the ones that occur elsewhere in BF service.

And on about 4 out of 9 of my last Hawaii flights, they announced the "BF" boarding and seats as "first class" and not as "BusinessFirst." But they seem to be wishy-washy on that...

But even with the service cutbacks, CO still has the best premium product to/from Hawaii among the majors.
