Occasionally the website will insist you need to pay a change fee despite having a Plus ticket that permits same day changes. Usually this resolves if you try again later (I've had to wait until 6am versus midnight), or if persistent you can call and change. If you do check in and subsequently decide you want to change you need to phone and ask to be offloaded.
