And what if all those other rooms were assigned to Diamonds? Hilton gave away Diamond like candy for a while so there are quite a few out there. You reserved a King and were assigned a King. Did you reserve a King on the quiet side of the hotel? Unless they have that category I doubt it. Not sure why you think you deserve to get more than what is required of the hotel to give you. Did you put a remark in your reservation that you would prefer a room on the quiet side? If you stay there more than once they would probably acknowledge you and try and give it to you. And lifetime does not afford you any more benefits, just means you don't have to reach the qualification requirements anymore.
