That was my thought as well. And the pilot judgement angle explains why one flight was OK to land and another was not. Different pilots, different judgement calls.
That was my thought too. The weather was by no means great. But it's quite funny to see the tweets from the airport authority saying it's an airline issue, 21 planes landed on that runway, from a beech 1900 to a 767. Drama!
