Since it has been 5 years since I asked I will check in again. We went to a Vietnamese restaurant very near downtown (sorry I don't remember any details like street or name) and wondered if it was still there and how it is rated. Otherwise would appreciate suggestions near Hillcrest. I know there was a Chinese restaurant in that area that had been there for years and closed some time ago. I think it was the Mandarin House. Any suggestions on Chinese to take it's place?
