I planned a multi city ticket with ITA Matrix and I found a way to book it easy with Priceline... is it risky to do it so? do you have any recommendations?

I mention that i made a simulation for that planned flights on operator/s website but the prices are at least 50% bigger...

Also... will I get a SINGLE PNR for all flights if I book them via priceline (one booking for all)? flights are from THY, HA and UA.
