They actually have 6 centers, in Dubai, Manchester (UK), Mumbai, Karachi, New York and Melbourne.

If you are Gold or above and your phone/PIN is recognised, you are transferred to Dubai.

Additionally some cities have a sales office which can also help with ticketing.

I have never have a problem with any of the offices I call: if it's urgent calling DXB direct using Skype etc. works very well.
