The sports bar between gates 9 and 10 has the deepest tap list and a decent menu. They don't have anything spectacular but it's the best beer list in the building. Stay away from the Mexican joint between gates 11 and 12, bad food and terrible margaritas.
Echoing both of these sentiments - NY Sports Grill is consistent if unremarkable. They usually have enough of a selection to have some decent taps for almost anyone. The Mexican place is ok for breakfast but not worth it otherwise. They are also expensive ($12 for a michelada made with Corona) even by T5/airport standards.
Airspace isn't a great bet for beer - their draft list is short and highly domestic. The bottle list is a little better (good quality at least) but still very limited. Still, the $10 credit for entry would cover at least one round (if you had free access anyway).
