Am getting psyched for my upcoming Biz First trip IAH-OGG. Have not flown this yet, and have heard rumors that amenity kits, menus and Hawaiian music videos during boarding have all been discontinued. I

I was able to access the menu on line though - getting hungry already... Can anyone confirm above?
