Emirates customer service - thoughts?
I think the customer service sucks. Calling their 1800 number seems to go to abrupt agents who are not located in the city I'm calling from.
So, not only are apathetical and abrupt, but the call quality sucks which gets worse if they have an accent.
But I want to know if this is just me that I have had to hang up the my calls 4 times in the past 4 days hoping to get a "better agent" in my next call.
