Since last summer my inbox has been a constant barrage of special offers, free upgrades and lately even straight percentage discounts to get me flying on BA. I'm not sure that's the way shareholders hoped he would get more people in Club.
Suggests to me either a) the offers are not working or b) passengers numbers are taking a hiding.
