It was only 3 times in all the years that I did not get my etix within 24-36 hours from LX.
On the phone I was told that the ticket was "in queue" and being issued within a few hours. Which was the case - the etix was in my mail a few hours later.
The price did not change; it was exactly the same as at booking time.
I saw that the etix was issued in South Africa.
LX charges credit card pretty late.
I recall once making a booking on a Tuesday. My flights were on Friday and Sunday. The booking only appeared on my credit card when I was back from my trip.
