An airline employee indeed ... too bad they forgot to acknowledge he is not from their airline.
Kudos to the Westjet pilot. And shame on the Air Canada staff.
The one question I have is: Do you this this was AC PR team trying to hid the WestJet connection or did they simply jump to the conclusion it was on of their own.....
