Myself and my wife are flying pretty near around the world on Delta in first class. I have a Skymiles reservation held which requires 400,000 miles, but I only have NW, AA miles. I do not use American Express, so that is out. Can I trade? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am new to this, but would be willing to purchase miles if it is possible. Thanks for your help!
