The reason I asked it that way is because I had no other suggestions for JFK-LAX, but consider a more possible option, something like a RTW beginning in KUL with the only flight being on MH being KUL LHR, ticketed on MH stock, and then you call in and change to BA on that segment. Would MH refuse to reticket?
