Osprey 46 - ok to pass as 'hand-carry luggage'
I'm sure among the various topics, this has been a good one that comes and goes.

Looks like i'll be bringing my osprey 46 with me for my trip to Barcelona, either via TAP or British Airlines, leaving from IAD. Will this piece of luggage/hand-carry be able to pass WITHOUT being checked in?

Or will it be a case of how the GA or check in attendant at the airport goes?
