I don't think it's up to American tomake up these rules. You can "thank" the "Department of Homeland Security" / TSA and the FAA - maybe it could be the FAAmerican way?

By the way, about your seeing a wabbit on your walk - I think we'd better watch those wascally wabbits - what better disguise than that to infiltwate our parks and empty fields suwwounding, and even in midst, of our cities? Expecially if we don't develop a timely wabbit pwofiling database? The one day, we'd wake up surrounded by wabbits! Look what happened to Austwalia! Weduce the wabbits! :ready to be locked up:
