Despite having e-Upgrades for the past few years, I almost never use them, and this seems to be the reason why.

AC's e-Upgrade chart shows that you need 10 e-Up credits for a Canada-US 1500+ mile flight. No mention of an add-on requirement, like it shows for the Tango fares. Sounds good.

I log into the e-Upgrade request page and it's telling me I need a $300 add-on for the segment.

Am I missing something, or is this a mistake?
