As a former Star Alliance member, I am having difficulty navigating the AA awards site (although I believe the problem is on their end).
After I found the flight I wanted, I clicked on it to continue and the flight disappeared. Tried again with another flight- it also disappeared. The third time I clicked on a flight- ditto (these were all different flight numbers).

All the above flights were AY, yet I could click on a BA flight with no problem. Is the AA site truly that glitchy or are they discouraging me from flying another airline that doesn't charge the fees that BA does?
