Why is Thai C class priced so high?
I've been wondering about this for a while now. Why is Thai biz class priced on levels that are equal to SQ, CX, LH, BA, UA ect. when they offer a clearly inferior product (MD11's and old 747's with crummy seats)? Shouldn't they be pricing along the lines of BR, CI, OZ and the like. I guess they must be able to fill their seats at these outrageous prices so that is probably the answer. I guess the question should be why would anyone pay for the crap Thai is offering on long haul C class when other options are clearly better?
