I agree on this point. Cell phone usage during takeoff is prohibited but WLAN during takeoff or while in the air wont be prohibited?!?! It gets one thinking about how much the airlines really care about safety, or maybe more appropriately, how much wireless devices can affect aircraft communications. Does anyone on this board know if and if so, how much, wireless devices negatively affect aircraft communications?
