Yeah, I do understand what people are saying when they say don’t waste your time on the FA, they guy is clearly a nut, but this is an issue.
Having a bad day is asking the customer to use the kiosk instead of coming to him/her for ticketing. Having a bad day is the pilot not making any passenger announcements.
This story is beyond what any FA should ever do. If I had credible evidence this story was true, and I was in charge, I would fire this FA in an instant. It’s these types of people that hold this improving company back.
Unfortunately (or fortunately), though, I’m not the man in charge.
