What does "365 rolling calendar year" mean? To me, "rolling" means the period can start on any date and ends 365 days later, but "calendar year" means it starts on Jan. 1.
Their grammar is not always exactly clear. But I think it means that if within any 365 day period you meet the qualifications you become Elite and must within year of that date you must re-qualify.

It is however possible to argue that if you qualify as Elite and keep extending your qualifications for the preceding 365 days you anniversary date keeps extending.
