Hi! I have a ticket purchased through United, on a flight operated by AC Rouge. The last time I did this (in December), I had some hassles checking in. Specifically - I checked in online and printed by boarding pass, but when I got to the airport, the kiosk told me I had to go stand in the very long check-in line.

The agent I spoke to told me this was a regular problem with United/Rouge code shares.

I'm not sure I understand what happened, but I think it *might* have to do with something where my first and middle names got messed up, so kiosk thought the name on my ticket didn't match the name on my Nexus card,

Any advice on how to avoid this hassle this time around?
