We've gone on a couple of those NCL cruises from getting a free cruise for two voucher from Caesars (Total Rewards Program), and sure - when I price it normally it's like $2,300 and I paid $1,100 (taxes, and an upgrade to balcony). So on the surface it seems you save some money - but I am pretty sure you can get a last minute cruise for pretty cheap too (who buys cruises direct from the cruiseline months in advance anyway anymore)?

So what do you think - are they really a good value?
