No that's wrong. DSU are not supposed to be deposited until the new program year, i.e., March 1, 2017. None of us who requalified in 2016 have yet received our 2017 DSU.

Normally if you use 2 by Feb 28 2017 you would have only have 2 extented to Feb 28 2018. Not Feb 29. 2018 is not a leap year.
