I no longer have an Amex account, for the time being anyhow, but it is easy to transfer them if you go into Rewards, Travel, Airline Partners then you can then see British Airways and transfer your Avios.

Lots of other ways to collect points including Tesco and headforpoints.com is also worth a look as well as this.

Unfortunately, on my Amex account the only option I can see is my statement. I don't see any space or link to a ba executive club account or how to transfer points to them
