Itinerary is CUZ - LIM and LIM - EZE. Full rule text is not available for this fare when booking both flights on one ticket. In the very last step before the final booking I do find the following:

there is no charge for travel per fare component.

originating argentina -
a fuel surcharge of usd 47.00 per fare component will be
added to the applicable fare.

other charges and is not subject to any discount.
when a fuel surcharge is collected it must be
denoted as a -q- charge on each ticket accordingly

a fuel surcharge of usd 47.00 per fare component will be
