Recently I took a business class flight SIN-AKL/CHC-SIN, and I received 5 sectors each way even though, the flight was only 5224 miles. Also for NRT-LAX which is 5440 miles I think I also got 5 sectors. Also SIN-PVG which is only2353 miles got me 2.5 sectors in Raffles
