No. Singapore's New Majestic Hotel is not owned by the Malaysian conglomerate YTL. Interestingly, though, the New Majestic is a member of Design Hotels along with its sister property the Wanderlust and Design Hotels is affiliated to SPG so in a very roundabout way the hotels are vaguely related.
