My Reserved Seats Are Gone

About a month ago, I reserved seat 21B (aisle, exit) both from MXP-ATL and return. As of yesterday, I still had them.

Today I looked at My Itinerary and found that I had been moved to 22B on the US-bound flight and 31B on the return. My seats had been given to someone else.

I called DL CSC (long distance, and with the pleasure of hearing recorded announcements for about 10 minutes) and when I finally got through to them I was told:

1. Yes, my seats were changed.

2. According to their seatmaps, row 21B does not exist. Maybe there was an equipment change -- to a different kind of 767.

3. Row 20 is the only that still shows empty seats. It is an exit row. Their seat map does not show that it is limited (or no) recline (Seat Guru does).

4. It is possible that on this type of 767 it is not limited recline. I should ask when I get to the airport.

5. Delta sees pre-seat assignments as a "courtesy" and does not guarantee you will get what you asked for, even if it is confirmed.

Does anybody know of a 767 where Row 20 is fully reclinable?

Does what CSC told me sound reasonable?
