Yes you can use a TA for A but note what I said just above about ownership of the GUF and 2-4-1 above. For a booking made direct with BA using a GUF you can make it for others and not be on the booking yourself. For a TA booking using a GUF the owner needs to be on the booking. If it is you who owns both the GUF and 2-4-1 it won't work if you try and use a TA for A.

No. Using I class availability is only possible when using a TA.
