To add some more detail, you seem to have two bookings here:

A) a revenue WTP booking for 2 people which you wish to apply a GUF2 to upgrade to CW
B) a reward 2-4-1 booking for 2 people in to CW

Your joker can apply to A or B, not both. A and B can't be in the same booking and will be two entirely separate bookings.
