EVA uses a lounge near their gate in D terminal. It was fine; nothing particularly special, but it was less crowded than the United Club tends to be. (Although, the United Club in E was basically empty too, actually, due to the late departure of the EVA flight).
Note that the EVA lounge does not have restrooms.
