The Bose QC35 has both. Bluetooth for wireless use with an iPad, phone, laptop, etc, and a cable for use with IFE and other things that have a headphone jack but not Bluetooth. A two-prong adapter is included with the QC35s for those IFE systems that require it.

In my experience the QC35 battery lasts far longer than a 14-hour trans-Pacific flight, so the need to charge during a flight shouldn't be an issue.
