I recently did DOH-MUC-DOH on the Qatar Airways A350. I would happily have done 12.5 hours, but it was only about 5.5 hours each time.

The lack of storage lockers for hand luggage in the centre, as you say, creates the illusion of much more space. And the kind of bar area between the two sets of business class seats - instead of a partition - enhances this further.

Hope to get another chance to fly this aircraft. On a longer route next time.

Service, food and range of wines were great as well.
