You sure about that? Their operational performance improved drastically once they sent the 737 back in the winter. And they've had little to no issues with JNU in summer.
I too understood that they developed their own RNP procedure for JNU (apparently AS wouldn't let them use theirs).
I know for sure they don't have their own RNP procedure (yet, if they ever will).
I actually didn't think that their on-time performance increased at all with a 737. I think they had the CR7s on during the worst weather months though. And I could see them being able to fly the 737 in more often due to having better range to divert elsewhere.
