Not that it makes a difference, but a DL 737 has the same landing restrictions as a DL CR7 into JNU. Though the 737 could loiter around longer trying to land, otherwise they have the same navigational capability. DL's mistake in JNU was thinking people wouldn't notice that AS was far more reliable due to their custom approaches into the airport.
The problem was also with takeoffs and the operational capabilities of the planes are not identical. Also it is my understanding that the DL mainline that replaced the SkyWest aircraft used RNP approaches and departures while the OO operated aircraft did not. Dave1013 might have some more info.
