I don't know about EZE specifically, but there's no way I'd try an under 1 hour connection at any airport on separate tickets, especially since I believe both the DL & AF flights are once per day. If you miss the AF flight, you'll be stuck for an extra day and may be stuck having to buy a new ticket. I'd look at a 2 hour connection minimum for separate tickets, and hopefully others can give you more information specific to EZE.
