I have a similar data point, have a WT booking LGW-LIM for June and held off booking the exit row seats until I turned silver last week, kinda assuming (/hoping) that the pricing comes down (I'm aware that Silver cannot reserve exits for free). Standard seats were £36-£42 and exit rows £61.

After turning silver, exit rows were £61 (and all standard seats free, of course).
