Good news so far, AirNurse. From your original post, and your perceptions of the CC involved, 'selective amnesia' might be in play on their part. Equally, it was a long time ago, in CC terms, and any failure to log the incident makes it more difficult.

If a CC member cannot remember an incident as serious as this only a month later I would be extremely surprised, and worried what other aspects of their training they can't remember.
"Selective amnesia" is one way of putting it, I would be more straightforward and say those involved are highly likely to be lying in order to cover their backsides, as surely disciplinary action might result.
