Thinking of returning here in May. A few questions:

If I book an award stay, can I upgrade with cash? If I book a paid stay will they guarantee buildings and floor?

Is there a resort fee in addition to parking charge.

Has anyone used Uber instead of renting a car?

Any construction still going on?
