Possibly.
I'd call BAEC in case there is any activity on the PNR. It could be that:
1. Someone has tried to cancel a PNR and the passenger or agent has fat fingered it and sent you a message.
2. Someone has access to your account but has figured out that you've just redeemed Australia in F and now have 27 avios left, so is hoping to get access to the avios.
3. Someone really dislikes you and would prefer if you didn't travel.
Others will come up with things I'm sure. It reads like generic spam fraud of course but that's probably par for the course with a genuine e-mail, especially if they have your PNR correct.
