I just received the following email from British Airways:

Dear Sir/Madam:

RE: Booking Ref: XXXXXX
Thank you for your request for a refund.

I would like to inform you that the booking XXXXXX is for future travel in March. I would request you to cancel this booking if refund required on the above tickets, so that I can facilitate a refund.

Please could you clarify your request for refund as PNR is still showing live segment and unable to understand request from given document. Please quote our reference when you reply.

British Airways Global Refunds

I'm not sure what precipitated this as I booked these flights using my Avios on a partner airline, and haven't made any additional requests since then. The email this was sent from says "Please do not reply to this email" and there is no phone number attached. I've logged into my account and confirmed the flights are still active and ticketed.

Is there any reason to be concerned about this?
